Shipping Information

We strive to ensure all purchases are delivered to our customers in a timely manner. All our products are packaged for safe transit and are handled by professionals. Before making any purchase, please ensure that item(s) are able to fit through doors, staircases, and lifts in their packaging which the dimensions are provided in the product detail page on our website.

Once all the item(s) in an order are received by our warehouse, customers will then be notified that their order is ready to be shipped. An shipment notification will be emailed to the customers upon purchase that includes the estimated delivery date. As products are coming from different manufacturers, the delivery will usually be within 21 days upon purchasing.

Note: As part of our COVID-19 safety measures, our delivery partners will place customers' unassembled item(s) at their doorstep upon arrival.

Delivery Type

1. Parcel Delivery

Generally, non-bulky item(s) (i.e. rugs, poufs, cushions, throws, lighting, tableware, bedding, mirrors, wall art, etc) will be shipped via parcel delivery partners. item(s) via parcel delivery do not include unpacking, assembly, installation, or moving of item(s) into any room into customers’ homes. Delivery by parcel is available in Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Selangor. To enquire about courier services to other states, please email us at [email protected] for more information.

Weight Delivery Charges
First 5kg MYR 10.00
Subsequent 5kg MYR 5.00 per kg

The delivery charges will be displayed upon checking out. Our delivery charges are intended to cover the processing of your order, handling and packing the products, and finally delivering them to you.

Depending on the delivery partner, an email with a link to track the customer’s delivery will be notified via email or via a call in advance to schedule the delivery. On the day of delivery, customers will receive a call or an SMS from our delivery partners.

 

2. Truck Delivery

To provide the most care to our products and to customers' delivery experience, all heavy and bulky item(s) (i.e. cabinets and sofas) will be delivered by our professional and dedicated delivery partners. This type of delivery applicable to furniture item(s) only, and includes moving of item(s) into the room of choice in your home, unpacking, assembly, installation, and debris removal. This service does not apply to non-bulky item(s) (mirrors, lighting, etc)

Delivery charges by truck will be calculated based on total weight and will be displayed upon checking out. Delivery by truck is available in Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya, and Selangor. To enquire about truck delivery services to other states, please email us at [email protected] for more information.

TLA will contact customers via email or call to schedule your delivery in advance.

Disposal Service

TLA does not offer any disposal service at the moment. 

TLA and our delivery partners are not responsible for disposal of old furniture, debris and packaging. 

Receiving Items

On delivery, customers or 3rd parties (who are appointed by the customer for sign-off) shall inspect the item(s) and the surroundings carefully before our delivery team leaves the premises. Any damages detected should be reported immediately to TLA team and be sure it is noted on the delivery order.

Upon signing acceptance of the delivery order, it will be treated that conditions of goods and surroundings are within acceptance level of the consumers. Any discrepancies reported will not be accepted and TLA reserves the right to reject any claims that are incurred after delivery of the item(s).

Customers are required to email us at [email protected] and provide a detailed description of fault and photos/videos showing the damages. TLA reserves the right in its absolute discretion to determine whether a part has failed due to a defect or wear and tear. Such replacement or repair is offered by TLA at its sole discretion. All replacement or repair of item(s) will depend on the next available schedule. TLA shall not be liable for any consequences (whether direct or indirect) of the delay in the delivery of the replacement item and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by TLA or to any comparison.

Not Present to Receive Delivery

For Parcel Delivery:

If customers or 3rd parties (who are appointed by the customer for sign-off) are not present to receive the scheduled parcel delivery, customers may instruct the delivery partner to leave the delivery package(s) at the doorstep at customers’ own risk. If no such instructions were given, the delivery partner will either attempt to reschedule another delivery or immediately return the item(s) to our fulfillment centre (depending on the delivery partner) - upon which the TLA team will contact you to schedule another delivery date. If item(s) are returned to our fulfillment centre, TLA team will reschedule the delivery and a penalty will be charged.

For Truck Delivery:

If customers or 3rd parties (who are appointed by the customer for sign-off) are not present to receive your scheduled truck delivery at the time slot stated, our delivery partner will return the item(s) to our fulfillment centre. The TLA team will reschedule the delivery and a penalty will be charged.

Refusal of Entry by Building Management

Customers are required to pay any deposit to the building management for moving goods into their premises prior if necessary. Otherwise, TLA team will reschedule the delivery and a penalty will be charged.

Unable to Access The Elevator or Other Intended Areas

TLA agrees to deliver goods to customers on the understanding that reasonable access is available. It is the customer's responsibility to check measurements to ensure the purchased goods will fit in the intended areas. 

If reasonable access is unavailable or if it becomes hazardous (i.e. item(s) prone to damage on narrow stairway, obstruction of passageway); TLA reserves the right to cancel the delivery and a penalty will be charged.

 

Delayed Delivery Due to Unforeseen Situations

a) In the event of delay in shipment due to unforeseen situations, TLA reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subjected to the availability of delivery slots.

b) No specific time of delivery can be provided. A time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed.

c) TLA shall not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment / delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by TLA or to any comparison.
